Opportunity knocked, when 8 years ago longtime friend Jim Mackenzie introduced Doug to David Bowker and Robert Lush and a partnership was born. Says Greco, "We wanted to create a family friendly restaurant with the focus on great food and service and the `Firehall concept' lends itself kindly to both kids and parents."
