The one-day, open, three-race format appeals to both competitive racing crews and family cruisers and will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bronte Harbour Yacht Club located at 2514 Lakeshore Rd. W. Races will begin at 11 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m. with post race awards and celebrations concluding by 5 p.m. After a fun day on the lake, sailors and friends will enjoy dinner, awards, prize draw and DJ dance party. The BMO Nesbitt Burns OTMH Regatta will raise money for equipment purchases for OTMH. This Saturday, July 26 Oakvillegreen Conservation Association will present a green version of the popular TV game show, Jeopardy. In honour of Oakvillegreen's Full Circle Tree Initiatives, Tree Jeopardy will be played at the Kerr Village Organic Farmers' Market. Join Emma Admans and other marketgoers to test your knowledge regarding Oakville's local native trees. This Jeopardy game will be fun for all ages. Visit the Oakvillegreen booth at 11 a.m. and at noon to play. Winners will take home locally grown, native tree seedlings for their garden. You will also be able to catch acoustic guitarist Norman Liota in the market square from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. After graduating from York University's music department and teaching high school, Liota abandoned the straight and narrow for the more adventurous life of an itinerant musician.
