Residents at Delmanor and their guests enjoyed the Canadian Open experience from the Delmanor `Clubhouse' within cheering distance of the action at the Abbey. A hole-in-one golf-themed afternoon tea featured Canadian Open coverage on the big screen and a cake decorated with the Glen Abbey Golf Club logo. Here, Aileen Thomas is pictured putting. Delmanor residents Helen Moffatt and Glen Clark were awarded best golf attire by RBC judges. An RBC participation prize went to all putting contestants while Delmanor guest Richard Smale picked up the first hole in one prize. Other hole in one prizes went to the girls including: Yvette Clawson, Vera Roberts, Claire Hutton and Myrtle Tovell. Helen Moffatt had the highest score on the Canadian Open Trivia Challenge, while runner up was Marg Erickson.
