Participants can also shop 'til they drop thanks to an assortment of products that will be present, including luggage, leather goods, jewelry, make-up and more. Those concerned that a dirty windshield may impair their enjoyment of the movie need not fear, as local firefighters will be on hand, in their gear, to clean car windows for a $5 donation. Opportunities also exist to win prizes, with four tickets to We Will Rock You available in a draw. Golfing for four at Delhi Golf and Country Club and a $50 gift certificate to Milestones are also on the line. Chick Flicks at the 5 is also for good cause, with a portion of the night's take going towards the Halton Women's Centre. With one in four women in Halton experiencing at least one incident of violence at the hands of a boyfriend or husband, the centre's services are in demand now more than ever. The Halton Women's Centre provides a place for such women to go to receive a wide variety of services, including free counselling, employment assistance, legal advice, money management and emotional support. They can also attend more than 40 workshops. The centre will also be offering its New Start Program for Entrepreneurial Women. The three-month, self-employment training program teaches women the skills they need and shows them what it takes to launch a small business. However, providing all these services costs money, which is why fundraising events are crucial. The cost of attending this fundraising event is $20 per car, with the products and services at the tailgate party costing extra. The 5 Drive-In snack bar will be open and (weather permitting) a barbecue will be with 25 per cent of all concession sales going to support the Halton Women's Centre.
