Pine Grove took home the bantam girls' and atom girls' titles, while Forest Trail claimed the tyke girls' and midget boys' divisions. Other division winners were West Oak (midget girls), Heritage Glen (bantam boys), Post's Corners (atom boys) and Sunningdale (tyke boys). The East junior meet featured 1,069 runners from 18 Oakville junior schools (grades 3-6). Linbrook nabs three pennants at Burloak meet Linbrook won three of the eight division pennants up for grabs at the Halton District School Board's Burloak elementary cross-country meet, held last Friday in Burlington. Linbrook was crowned in the atom girls', tyke girls' and tyke boys' divisions. Sheridan was the other local school to win a division (atom boys) at the meet, which also included students from Brantwood, Maple Grove and Gladys Spears.
