Square on Trafalgar Road at Palmer Avenue, only includes the names of veterans who died during their service to this Country. The lists are being published from October 20 to December 19, 2008 to confirm existing details and gather additional information before the Town permanently attaches the names to the memorial. Honour Roll Now Available for Review An Honour Roll Memorial will be constructed at George's Square to commemorate Oakville residents who served in one of the Great Wars (WWI, WWII) and the Korean War. The names of those who served will be installed on a new (separate) structure that will compliment the existing cenotaph.
