TRICK OR TREAT Tiny Tots on Parade Friday Local tots are invited to join the 16th annual Tiny Tots On Parade in downtown Oakville on Halloween, Friday, Oct. 31. Parents, grandparents and caregivers are invited to bring their little ghosts and goblins trick-or-treating throughout the downtown core beginning at 10 a.m. in the Towne Square at Lakeshore Road and George Street. The fun begins with a ghoulish greeting from Daisy the Witch.
