The study is being undertaken in accordance with Schedule `C' of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (2007) which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act. McCormick Rankin Corporation has been retained to assist with the study. The first Public Information Centre (PIC #1) was held on June 18, 2008 to review the transportation need and justification
