But there is more to Christmas than receiving. There is giving and the fact that Jesus was born on that day. My favourite parts of Christmas day are seeing the expressions on family members' faces when they open gifts, decorating the house, the Christmas movies, and spending time with your family. On December 25th you wake up early in the morning and shake your family until they wake up, or they wake you up. Then you rush down stairs to give your gifts to others and receive your own gifts. Jesus also received gifts from the three wise men when he was born in the manger. The gifts were myrth, frankincense and gold.
