GO Train officials have announced that starting Monday, Jan. 5, GO Transit will add two new weekday afternoon train trips with one on the Lakeshore West line and one on the Lakeshore East line. The new westbound train will leave Union Station at 3:15 p.m., operating express to Clarkson GO Station and making all stops to Burlington. Also beginning Monday, Jan. 5, the 7:58 a.m. weekday eastbound train from Oakville GO Station to Union Station will now start at Aldershot, departing at 7:32 a.m. This 12-car train will serve all stops from Aldershot to Bronte, giving customers another travel option.
