The Oakville Beaver was taken along on the trip with Brad and Kathleen ending up at Greyfriars Pub in Edinburgh. Kathleen, a drummer, and her son Daniel, a piper, are members of the Paris Port Dover Pipe Band. The band had to compete in the qualifiers in their grade for the top 12 positions out of 51 bands from around the world.
