That's the message Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty brought to Oakville on Friday during a luncheon with the Oakville Chamber of Commerce. Before a sold-out crowd of approximately 400 people, the premier announced a trio of changes that will be made in hopes of improving the way the provincial government interacts with businesses.
