Police issue HIV warning Police have issued a warning to anyone who may have had sexual relations with a man who was recently arrested. Hamilton police arrested "Justus" Patrick Zela, 35, for the offence of aggravated sexual assault. Zela, say police, has a medical condition requiring notice to sexual partners of his medical condition prior to sexual contact. To do otherwise, substantiates an offence of aggravated sexual assault, said police. Zela was arrested in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia and returned to Hamilton.
