Elizabeth Govia, 55, also admitted Wednesday she kept $18,000 worth of payments from parents of children enrolled at the Bronte Village Childcare Centre. Govia, a director at the centre, was charged in January 2007 with nine counts of fraud over $5,000 and three counts of uttering forged documents in connection to what Halton police alleged was the misappropriation of $100,000.
