BRIAN COUSINS The Regional Municipality of Halton www.halton.ca PUBLIC INFORMATION CENTRE OAKVILLE SOUTHWEST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADES, (PART 2) The Region of Halton is continuing a Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study for the Phase III of part 2 upgrades at the Oakville Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant. The upgrades include the replacement of the existing wastewater pumping station grades include upgrading the plant electrical substation, operations administration facility and laboratory. As part of the Class EA process, different alternatives will be prepared and presented to the public for review and comment. This Public Information Centre will be an informal meeting and you are invited to drop in at your convenience between the noted hours. Subsequent to PIC #1, the replacement of the decommissioned treatment trains was added as a Schedule `A' project to the upgrade works. Information for this upgrade will also be presented at this PIC.
