The schools will welcome Grade 7 and 8 student delegates from countries including Canada, U.S.A., Bermuda, Bangladesh, England, India, France, Germany, Peru, Japan, Jamaica and South Africa to take part in workshops and hear from speakers as they look at ways to ignite their passion and encourage them to be agents of change. The theme of the 5th annual conference is The Power Within -- There is more in you than you think. Delegates will participate in activities and experiences focusing on the theme including a challenge to develop a project that will address a problem in a sustainable way. Student delegates will also be challenged to examine this theme within the context of the Round Square IDEALS (Internationalism, Democracy, Environment, Adventure, Leadership and Service) and will explore the impact they can have on affecting change.
