(82 kg), with brown eyes, a fair complexion and short, brown hair that is slightly greying. He was last seen wearing a plain white T-shirt, long beige shorts and brown moccasin style shoes. Perez-Gutierrez is fluent in both English and Spanish. He functions without glasses and was not wearing them when last seen. Police and family are concerned for his safety.
