The winner of the championship game would advance to the Little League Ontario Championship in Pembroke, which will determine qualifiers for the national tournament. The Canadian champion will compete in the Little League World Series. Oakville earned its berth in the district final with a 7-2 victory over Ancaster, breaking the game open with three runs in its final at-bat. In the title match, Oakville escaped a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the final inning to beat North York by a run. Members of the Oakville team are Noah Sinker, Andrew MacGrandle, Grant Paterson, Jordan Gamble, Ethan Hammond, Jacob Schuurman, Tyler Sagl, Luke Raczywolski, Matthew Stone, Tanner Elson, Mitchell Howie and Carter Pauley.
