"I've got 15 more years to work, I want to figure out what are my other goals," said Keily who makes films in her spare time -- and on tight budgets, she adds. She is also leaning on 10 years working in radio for the Australian Broadcasting Company to put this extraordinary story together. So far the working title of the documentary is The Old Stick or Still Standing, Still. This is Keily's second short film and she is aiming to have it ready for the Hot Docs Festival next year, April 29 to May 9. She hopes Burnell will attend the showing and speak afterwards. "When I heard someone was making a film about me, I didn't think much about it," said Burnell. Her philosophy for making an impact is simple. Act on ideas and run with it.
