There will be performances at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. The story was written and will be narrated by Ian Morrison, who, like Vernon and his cousin and friends, is a member of the Oakville Symphony Orchestra. Vernon takes the place of a vacationing member of his cousin's band which plays lively music. These 30-minute mini-concerts capture the attention and imagination of all ages, especially children in the four-to-nine-year age range.
