The evening offers a modern take on traditional nineteenth century cuisine and entertainment harkening back to Christmases past. The festivities begin at 6 p.m. with scotch tasting by the fireplace in the Loft Room followed by an elaborate gourmet meal offering a selection of traditional nineteenth century cuisine designed to please today's palate and bring guests back to a time when "eating local" meant from your own backyard. The menu includes hearty soup, roast beef with gravy and horseradish, butter roasted turkey with traditional stuffing, sweet wine Victorian syllabub and more.
