Public open house Bronte Village Commercial Parking Implementation February 10, 2010 -- 7 p.m. Walton Memorial United Church, 2489 Lakeshore Road West File: 42.10.24 Members of the public are invited to attend and provide input at an open house hosted by the Planning Services department. The purpose of this open house is to provide an overview, and to seek public input into the implementation of the commercial parking program in Bronte Village. The open house will focus on three key areas: a proposed amendment to the zoning by-law to reduce the commercial parking requirements in the C3R zone; an update on potential public parking linked to major redevelopment; and the initiation of an on-street paid parking trial. This initiative will help to fulfill Council's direction resulting from the town's 2006 Commercial Parking Study.
