Notice of intention to repeal by-law 185 Burnhamthorpe Road West Take notice that Oakville Town Council, on January 25, 2010 , resolved to issue a notice of intention to repeal By-law 1992-237, which designated Part of Lot 17, Concession 2, municipally known as 185 Burnhamthorpe Road West under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. 18, as a property of cultural heritage value and interest. The owner applied to have the By-law repealed and this application was deemed to have been consented to pursuant to Section 32 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
