The selections of Christine Peng Peng Lee, Mikaela Gerber, Sabrina Gill, Bianca Jordaan, Jordyn Pedersen, Elise Bolger and Annie Sheridan gives the OGC the most national team members of any club in Canada. "Oakville delivers strong programs across all of our recreational and competitive groups," said OGC chief operating officer Wayne Hussey, crediting much of the club's members' success to elite coaches Kelly Manjak, Susan Manjak and Lorne Bobkin. "The women's program has raised the bar at the club and in Canada with these results." Lee retained her spot on the senior national team despite not competing at all last season as she recovered from an injury. The balance beam specialist joined the OGC this year to begin her comeback attempt to qualify for the 2011 world championships and 2012 Olympics.
