Debbie Toner (Northup) sadly passed away on Friday, March 19, 2010 at the age of 57. Beloved wife of John Toner for nearly 39 years. She will be sadly missed by her sisters, Sue (Mike) and Janine (Steve) and brother, Rick (Lynn) and by many other loving relatives and friends, too numerous to list. Survived by her mother, Jean Northup. Debbie spent most of her 57 years residing in Oakville. While raising her family, she obtained her ECE and worked as a nurser y school and daycare teacher and, later, worked in office administration/management. Debbie was a "people person" and dedicated much of her time to volunteering and helping others, which fit her well with her "gift of the gab". She will always be remembered for her optimistic outlook and her warm, loving heart. The family would like to thank the many who were involved in supporting her through her most difficult times. We are forever grateful for your support. Paul was born in C r a m a h e To w n s h i p a n d g r e w u p i n Colborne, Ontario. He attended Queen's University and Har vard Law School, later settling in Oakville where he co-founded and was President of Tax Time Ser vices Ltd. He loved all sports but particularly hockey where he coached both house league and rep hockey as well as serving on the executive of the MOHA. Paul's main passion was singing and he was happiest when he had an audience of one or one hundred to hear his version of Frank Sinatra music. Wayne passed away peacefully on March 22, 2010 with his family by his side and under the care of the extraordinar y staff at Ian Anderson House. Son of the late Allan Jones and Dorothy Richmond, Wayne is survived by his loving wife Jenny (Grazyna Sokolowski) and his brother Brian (Rowena, David and Jeffrey). Wayne was a loving father to Mylène Robert (Chloè and Matis) and Ronald Mychka. Wayne was the President and sole owner of Amisol Company Limited, a prominent cosmetic and industrial chemical distributor ser ving the Canadian market for over 20 years. Well respected in the industry at home and abroad, Wayne was loyal to his suppliers, accommodating to his customers and considerate and caring to his employees. Wayne retired in 2007 after selling Amisol to Multichem Inc. (now Unipex Solutions Canada Inc.). An avid golfer, Wayne enjoyed his time with friends and family on the course and on the range at IBIS Golf and Country Club, Royal Montreal Golf Club and Trafalgar Golf and Country Club. A great friend and the consummate host, he will be fondly remembered for his kindness, humour and generosity. His engaging ways and quick wit and humour made him a friend to all who were fortunate enough to know him. He worked for Shell Canada for 35 years. He had a passion for the German Shepherd Dog. Through the years, he was an owner of champions, breeder and conformation handler of the breed; served as president of the GSDCC; and wrote the Breedlines column for the CKC Dogs in Canada magazine. He also ran the Peter Crawford Dog Obedience School in Milton for some 30 years. In former years he coached junior hockey in Milton and ran a boys summer camp in Northern Ontario. Peter enjoyed woodworking, canoeing, talking about all Chrysler cars, running two dart leagues in Bobcaygeon and Dunsford, and Pleasant Point Geezer Golf. In accordance with Peter's wishes, there will be no services, but a celebration of his life will take place June 12, 2010 at Parker Funeral Home, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay, K9V 4S1 from 2­4 pm.
