In addition to the quad-pad arena, the first phase of construction includes two lit soccer fields -- one artificial turf and one natural grass -- opening in spring 2011. Future construction will include a cricket pitch, leash-free dog zone, BMX/skateboard facility, splash pad, playground, a community centre, aquatic facility and library.
