Education on tap at next Chamber breakfast Two of Canada's leading educational experts will speak to the Oakville Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 13. John Milloy, Ontario Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities and Dr. Jeff Zabudsky, the new president and CEO, Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning will speak to the relationship between post-secondary education and business. They will do so at a breakfast hosted by the Oakville Chamber of Commerce at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club in Milton. "Sheridan is an important community partner and this institution provides a unique competitive advantage for Oakville. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to introduce Dr. Zabudsky to the local business community. We are equally fortunate that John Milloy will also be in attendance," said Chamber Chair Sonny Jelinek. "Our members are interested to learn their inside perspective on how best to align post-secondary education and business." Milloy was appointed as the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities in 2007. In 2009, he was also appointed as Minister of Research and Innovation.
