At right, top to bottom, the Dream Centre boasts a new gym, commercial kitchen and rooftop lounge where KSM marketing manager Jodi Yeilding and KSM executive director Ben Ward are pictured. Dream Centre is about making dreams come true Continued from page 1 making dreams come true. From what functions as his shoe box-sized office, Ward looks across Kerr Street and dreams. However, the site of the new Dream Centre, a former gas station location-turned greenfield development, is becoming more and more real. As Ward dons hard hat and work boots and dashes across the busy street, he walks into a different world. Ward admits the basement/parking garage environment of KSM's long-time home at 484 Kerr St. is "depressing." Across the road, windows of every shape shine light into the Dream Centre. Just like Hollywood's Walk of Fame, the front entrance to the centre is complete with a massive cement sidewalk stone in which an impres- sion has already been made -- Dream Centre. "It's a dream come true, but it's really about making young people's dreams come true," said Ward. See Centre page 31
