Blakelock students are preparing to host an art show, Mind to Matter, that will be open to the public in the 1160 Rebecca St. high school's Studio Theatre. Opening night is Monday, June 21 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The show continues open to the public on Tuesday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Works to be displayed will include drawings, paintings, photos, sculptures and prints -- showcasing the efforts of the Grade 12 graduating art class. Many of these students will be studying art and design at college and university.
