Pharmacy robbed Halton police are searching for one suspect following the armed robbery of the River Oaks Medical Pharmacy, 2163 Sixth Line, on Friday. The incident began shortly before 10:30 a.m. when a man entered the pharmacy holding a silver handgun. Police said the man approached the counter and demanded the painkiller `Oxycontin' from the pharmacy technician. The suspect pointed the gun at the technician at which point she provided the suspect with an undisclosed amount of the drug. The suspect took the drugs and fled the pharmacy. The pharmacy technician was not injured during the robbery. The suspect is described as a white man, 5-foot-6 with a thin build, wearing a long-sleeved black shirt with white trim at the bottom and white lettering on the front, dark pants, white skate type shoes, a black baseball cap with a red emblem on the front, black gloves and a white t-shirt covering his face.
