Any submission to the Planning and Development Council, either in hard copy or in electronic format, must be forwarded to the Clerk's department for receipt no later than noon on the day of the meeting to ensure its availability to the Members of Council at the meeting. The removal of the "H" holding provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition was fulfilled prior to the occupancy of the residential units in accordance with the approved zoning, and as such there is no right of appeal on a removal of a holding provision. The subject lands are generally west of Bronte Road and north of Upper Middle Road. A key map is attached to this notice for your ease of reference.
