Saying Goodbye to a Friend On July 2, 2010, our dear friend Bruce Birmingham passed away. Bruce was an Oakville Hospital Foundation Board member, and together with his wife Betty, they have supported OTMH for more than 20 years. Bruce and Betty have provided more than $4.5 million to various projects within the Oakville Hospital. Most recently they provided funds to purchase both of the new digital mammography machines. Bruce & Betty's generosity has contributed to the fundraising success of numerous charities locally, regionally and nationally with support directed to healthcare, education, sports, arts and social services. Bruce's wisdom will be instrumental for the legacy of Oakville Hospital Foundation's campaign and the hospital.
