KNATCHBULL.
Miss Emily, youngest daughter of Matthew Grummett, who has been suffering with consumption for some time, died about 7 o'clock on Friday morning last, aged 22 years and 7 months. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and a large concourse of relatives and friends followed her remains to the Ebenezer church, where the Rev. John Hough delivered a very touching discourse from 2. cor. 5, 3rd, 4th and 5th verses, after which the remains were lowered in their last resting place. The pall bearers were John Locker, Robt. Locker, Robert Laing, Robt. W. Wilson, Wm. Jones and Duncan Kingsbury. It is needless to say that the sorrowing family have the deepest sympathy in this their sore bereavement.
