Sudden Death of a Visitor.
One day last week Mrs. Thomas Mullen an old and respected resident of Glenwilliams came to Acton to spend a month with her daughter Mrs. Adam Cook and her son Mr. Thomas Mullen. Shortly after her arrival she was attached with la grippe which settled on her lungs. Owing to her age her medical attendant and friends felt from the first that it would be almost futile to look for receovery from so severe an attack. She died on Friday evening. Her remains were taken to Union Church Cemetery on Tuesday for interment. Many sorrowing relatives and sympathizing friends attended the funeral.- Featured Link
