Mathew Cranswick, a Farmer Near
Brampton, Struck by a Train
and Killed.
BRAMPTON, May 3 - Mathew Cranswick, a well-to-do farmer, living three miles from Brampton, while walking home on the railway track in the storm yesterday was struck and killed by a freight train. Cranswick was too deaf to hear the signals. He leaves a grown-up family. This is the third farmer killed in this vicinity during the past two years. - Featured Link
