ROCKWOOD.
The death occurred on Sunday of Mrs. Lazarus Parkinson at her late residence, Eramosa, after a lingering illness. Deceased was in her 74th year, and for the past few years has been gradually declining in health. She was a very estimable lady and much beloved by all who knew her, for her charitableness and kindly disposition. She was a strict and esteemed member of the Disciples Church at Everton, and always took a deep interest in its welfare. Her husband predeceased her about fifteen years. In the death of Mrs. Parkinson another old and highly respected resident of that township is called away.
