- Death of Mr. Alex. Robertson.
Mr. Donald Robertson, of this town, received a cable message Tuesday morning from London, England, informing him of the death of his brother Alex. in that city, on Monday. Deceased, with his brother, Dr. Ed. Robertson, and Mr. J. S. McCannell, left here a little over two weeks ago on a trip to England for the benefit of his health, arriving in Liverpool last Friday. They at once proceeded to London, where deceased rapidly grew worse, dying three days after reaching the great metropolis. The body will be brought to his home in Toronto for interment. Mr. Robertson was an upright, honorable young man, and his untimely death will be generally regretted by a large circle of friends and acquaintances both here and in the city. - Milton Reformer. Mr. Robertson had numerous friends in Acton. For some time he has been connected with the Ontario Lime Association, Toronto. He was in Acton about the middle of June attending the funeral of his friend, the late John Moore. - Featured Link
