- Two storey double house in the ballpark. Robert Brennan and George Hodgins families.
- Notes
- The house was used as a bobbin factory and a barrel factory before being converted into a double house. Sam Roberts and his mother lived in one half. Then the Davidson's owned it when they bought the ballpark area. It was destroyed by fire in January 1939. It stood where the baseball diamond is now located (1989).
