Description: Flight Lieutenant (pilot), #400 City of Toronto Squadron. Killed February 8, 1942, at the age of 25. Douglas is buried in the Brookwood Military Cemetery, Woking, Surrey, England. He is commemorated on the Oakville Trafalgar High School 1939-1945 Honour Roll.
