Description
Postcard written by Private George Edward Savage to his wife Alice Ada Savage. Private Savage was with the 15th Bn Canadian Infantry (1st Central Ontario Regt.). He died 9th November 1918 of sickness following wounds (gas) received at Crow's Nest, North East of Hendecourt, 2nd September, 1918, aged 38.

Just a note to let you know I am still longing to see you again hoping to be home soon but of course one never knows still trusting to the One above to Return safe and sound.
