CHARLES D. CRAMER
The death occurred on Thursday last of Charles D. Cramer at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Alfred Hughes, on Brant street, at the age of 74 years, the intensive heat shortening his days. He was born in Bronte, but had lived here nearly all his life, being an employee of the big tannery throughout its many changes until of recent years. Those who are left to mourn besides Mrs. Hughes are another daughter, Mrs. Frank Fisher of Montreal and one son, Walter, of Cleveland, O. The funeral took place on Saturday, Canon D. Russell Smth performing the Church of England service for the dead at the Hughes home and at the cemetery of St. Jude's.
