The branchs new location will be in the new James W. Hill Public School located at 2860 Kingsway Dr. Clearview will also have new hours. The new hours of operation will be: Monday to Thursday from 3:30- 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, from 1-5 p.m. This new location within the elementary school will give the neighbourhood branch a permanent and more convenient location in the community. In addition, sharing the space with the school library will result in a larger branch with an extra 1,000 sq. ft. of space. Of course, the new larger branch also means a much bigger collection of childrens materials and more computers for our cus- tomers. The Clearview Neighbourhood Library Branch will be closed at its current location of 1148 Winston Churchill Blvd. from Sunday, Aug. 22 to Monday, Sept. 6 staff make the move to the new location. The book drop will remain open during the closure and will continue to be open until Monday, Sept. 13, at the Winston Churchill location. All other branches of the Oakville Public Library will be available to serve patrons during the closure and we apologize for any inconvenience.
