This was the conclusion reached in a safety report com- pleted by GL Noble Denton repre- sentatives, who were hired by TransCanada to complete a risk assessment of the power plant project. The report, released by TransCanada yesterday, examines the probability of someone in the vicinity of the plant being killed in an industrial accident such as an explosion.
