Three Acton area men have been charged jointly with the sexual assault of a 36- year-old Georgetown woman who Halton police said was attacked in her home early Saturday morning after so- cializing at a bar in Halton Hills. She was given a ride to her residence by three males, and at her home, three males had sexual contact with her, without her consentthe common term is gang sexual assault, said Halton Detec- tive-Sergeant Peter Hodgson on Tuesday. He said the victim was treated for undisclosed in- juries at Ninas Place at Burlingtons hospital, and released. The man shouted and argued with officers and opened the door of a cruiser, which could have allowed Hamer to escape. He appears in court April 18. Truck ditched Acton fire fighters found a propane truck in the ditch when they responded to a call at 1:43 p.m., last Wednesday afternoon on 32 Side Road near the Third Line.
