This is the third time that the Lit- ter Free Halton Hills Task Force has organized a litter- bag giveaway as a means of reducing litter on streets and rural roads. This giveaway was very well received the past two years once people realized we werent trying to sell them something. said Task Force Chair Councillor Jane Fogal. The idea of giving the litterbag to people right at the drive-thru gets the bag directly into the car.
