The two projects will create 120 units of affordable housing under the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Pro- gram. The $8.4 million al- location includes $5.32 million for 76 units within a project at Claridge Rd. in Burlington. The project is sponsored by Bonnie Place and the units will be occu- pied by low-income people. Another $3.8 million for 44 units at 89 Mountainview Rd. The 120 units being built under the Canada-On- tario Affordable Housing Program are an important step in addressing Haltons affordable housing gap, says Halton Regional Chair Gary Carr.
