They sold the business but maintained ownership of the building. When the last restaurant owners closed down in late 2007, the Bielmanns decided to renovate and make another go of it. They changed the style of the restaurant and menu to keep up with the changes in Rockwood. There are more young families here now, says Hubert. Daily specials will be featured and the first Friday of each month will feature live music with local artists. Hubert is a chef, and has hired all staff from Rock- wood, including his other chef, Steven Stoyko. Spring Miscellany in Eden Mills The evening of the an- nual Spring Miscellany in Eden Mills, this Saturday, March 28, is a harbinger for spring. The longer evening sunset lights the hall with a glow that shifts, now that the Mis- cellany is aligned with the international Earth Hour, to a warm candle- lit atmosphere. A variety of artists are programmed for an evening of contrasts and surprises, all contrib- uting to a very relaxed feeling. The heart of this years Miscellany will be Janet Wilsons book, One Peace, from which rays of poetry and music by artists from near and far will radiate. Doors open at the Eden Mills Com- munity Hall at 7:30 p.m., show starts at 8 p.m. and Earth Hour will be ob- served from 8:30 to 9:30. Proceeds go to support the Eden Mills Commun- ity Club.
