Police report there was an alter- cat ion between a 45-year-old Georgetown man and 16-year-old Georgetown girl in a vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. When the girl attempted to step out of the vehicle, police say, the man drove over her leg breaking two bones, then drove off. She was taken to Georgetown Hospital by ambulance. Charged is Chris Ouellette, 45, of Meadowglen Blvd. A $45,000 KIA Sedona was stolen from the driveway of a Woodcote Cr. Georgetown home sometime early Monday morning. Approximately $5,000 worth of copper wire was stolen from a fac- tory warehouse under construction on Fifth Line Saturday afternoon. Police say entry was gained into a storage room in the building after someone broke through a concrete block wall . Taken were three spools of wire. Damage is estimated at $1,000. Police are investigating several car break-ins in Georgetown that occurred sometime late Saturday or early Sunday. Two GPS valued at about $350 each were stolen from two vehicles at residences on Curry Cr. Three windows were broken in a building at Dominion Gardens Park sometime between last Monday and Thursday. Damage is $200. Police blotter Man charged after girl, 16, hurt while leaving vehicle Under a realignment of Niagara Escarpment Development (NEC) Control Area and Escarpment Plan boundaries, some Halton Hills properties are now subject to NEC development control.
