- The parents of this young woman were Arthur George and Jane (Stephens) Heaven who came from England and bought the 100 acre farm at the east half of Lot 6, Concession 1 NS, (or 1510 Bronte Street South, Milton) in 1883. The farm remained in the Heaven family until April 1925.
Arthur G. Heaven sold the farm to his son, Herbert, in 1895. After selling the farm to Herbert, Arthur and Jane Heaven were living in “Glenside”, just west of 4th Line, south of the Lakeshore Road, near McCraney's Corners.
Isobel married Dr. Edgar Sturge of Scranton, PA. - Date Of Event
