- Mable was one of the 6 children of Robert George Speck and Hannah (Cordingly) Speck. The family lived in the Clarkson area of Toronto Township (now Mississauga), an area closely intertwined with the Trafalgar Township area of Sheridan. Mable's brothers and sisters were William Henry, Eliza Ellen called Nellie, Rebecca Ann, Clara Helena and George Percival.
Mabel married Cuthbert Foster Lush in Streetsville, Mississauga on March 24, 1909.
This photograph was perhaps taken when she finished her education at about age 18 or 20, or possibly before her marriage at age 30. - Subject(s)
